Tesserae Project

An IARPA funded longitudinal study for studying variations in workplace performance among professionals.

The Tesserae Project was the first ever longitudinal study, which investigated the variational of performance amongst professionals at workplaces. Using passively collected data from smartphones and wearables, we discovered patterns and behaviors that can predict the performance of a professional and distinguishes them from other professions.
